<Miso>
White miso with koji grains is a type of miso that is made by fermenting soybeans and rice koji with salt and water. Koji is a type of fungus that is used to ferment many Japanese foods, including miso, sake, and soy sauce.

The soup stock is a blend of oysters and vegetable bouillon, bringing out a flavor you've never tasted before.

How to eat

<How to serve>

① Open the rice waffer from the bag and set it on a plate etc.



② Open the dried ingredients from the bag and place them on top of the rice waffer.



③ Set the round miso cup on top of the dried ingredients.



④Pour about 200ml of hot water



⑤ After 1 minute has passed, mix the miso and monaka to complete.
